The inventor of the ZUNDA eye test John Hamilton Veale has been a practicing Optometrist in New Zealand for 43 years.
He has come to the conclusion that many of the distant eye tests are upside down.

By designing a chart that has 5 letters on each line and uses both Snellen and LogMAR, or letters correctly identified, recording notations.
The ZUNDA Eye Test has many unique features incorporated int the design to make sure the patient tells the examiner what they can actually see, not what they think they can see.
This test can be manufactured to be used at 3,4 and 6 meters or 10, 13.3, and 20 feet, with direct or indirect, if a mirror is used. Light box and projection modalities are available.
